“My gas wood stove burner was not lighting up only at the igniter site. Possible problem was the burner was clogged. I took it apart cleaned it up and still didn’t work, Took the burner out to them thinking I had to buy a new burner at over 400$. Then the technician came in and looked at the burner and said it’s fine. He advised me to use twine up and down through the gas valve to clear of webs. I did it and Omg amazing it worked after that, The nicest and most helpful people. I love honest business people who just want to help you.👍”
