“Brandon was out to give estimate for furnace & central air quickly, explained the different product choices & benefits. Brandon's estimate came in $1800 less than competitors & a better product. He had Justin & Travis out within a few days for the installation. The installation team was polite & courteous, they left the area as they previously found. I was impressed by Justin's workmanship. I have been a A Village Fireplace customer for over twenty-four years & have always been extremely satisfied.

“My experience with Village Fireplace was top notch. I called for a quote on a furnace replacement and Brandon was at my house inside of thirty minutes and spent lots of time explaining to me the things I should expect in this process. When the installers came, I felt they were respectful of my property and did a super job of the furnace installation. The sheet metal work was flawless. They also spent extra time with me to answer any questions I had and didn't leave until I was satisfied with the quality of their work. They cleaned up too! The ladies in the office were a joy to speak to as well. It was an all around great experience, 10/10 would highly recommend. Oh, and the furnace is working great!”
“We worked with Amanda placing our order for a natural gas barbecue and the gas line to run it. We had a great experience. Amanda was very personable, with lots of helpful information. She recommended a great barbecue that I have now used 3 times. It is just the right model for our needs and we are very happy with it. We like the Napoleon brand very much. It is a great looking barbecue as well.
Two installers came to put in the gas line and set up the barbecue. I don’t remember their names, but they were courteous and helpful and did a great job. Appreciated the instructions on how to use the new barbecue. A bit different than the propane I have used for many years.
Can’t say enough good things about the company. They replaced our gas fireplace several years ago with another Napoleon product that is beautiful and works great. We would absolutely check out Village Fireplace for future projects.”
“We bought an Amantii fireplace from you in 2017. One of our best purchases! We love it.
Now….we needed servicing, a very small issue. The customer service was even better than the product. Everyone from the receptionist in the office to the Technician, Jay Weinberger, was helpful, polite and very professional. Usually after you buy a product, the follow-up is disappointing, but not in this case. You have the recipe to longevity in the business world.
