“Fantastic service. I had originally booked a service call to have my chimney cleaned. During the cleaning process the team took the time to go over the correct and safe operation of my stove, preventative maintenance and trouble shooting. This information was invaluable! The service call far exceeded my expectations. I can't thank you guys enough!”

“I would like to give a huge shoutout first of all to Brandon.
He came to check out our leaking water tank at 11:00 one evening. Before he came out though, he had checked where we could get a new one.
We were able to get a new one the following morning and Brandon, Wayne and another employee installed the new hot water heater.
While Brandon was checking things out at our place, he noticed our hvac wasn’t working. Our house was too humid. Condensation and mould were the norm in our windows that we dealt with and cleaned regularly.
Yesterday, Gary and another employee installed a new system needed to reduce humidity.
Wow! what a difference this morning.
No condensation on our windows.
The humidity in our home went from 61% yesterday at noon to 47% this morning.
Gary explained everything to me about how to and how often to clean the filter and how the new wall mount works.
This is such a great company to work with from the owners, office staff and employees.
We also have had great help and promt service from Brandon with repairs in our barns.

“Monday June 5, 2023 was our families third day of having no hot water! After a frustrating weekend of dealing with another company – the owners of our rental hot water tank – and ten conversations without any help – I went to your office first thing that morning. Over the years I have always found your company to provide excellent service – this was once again a great example of that! I explained the situation and the urgency and was assured that a service technician would be out that day but that there were a few customer calls that were ahead of us. I left feeling confident that the issue would be resolved – the first relief in days! I drove back to Sarnia and moments later Brandon showed up for our service call. He addressed the issue promptly and professionally and also provided us with information on options moving forward on how best to avoid such emergency situations in the future. “We needed a new part for our furnace. Scott came and replaced the part. We told him we needed a new A/C and furnace. He quoted us and did not charge us for the part on the old furnace. Service was great. You can call the office anytime and actually speak to a person. They bend over backwards to try to help you. I live in a retirement community and will have no issue referring A Village Fireplace.”
