“We needed a new part for our furnace. Scott came and replaced the part. We told him we needed a new A/C and furnace. He quoted us and did not charge us for the part on the old furnace. Service was great. You can call the office anytime and actually speak to a person. They bend over backwards to try to help you. I live in a retirement community and will have no issue referring A Village Fireplace.”
